Cassette, edition of 250. The recording a Los Angeles label heard before offering the Council a contract in 1995. The label described the music as "commercially interesting in a niche context." The Council declined. Fells' reply, in full: "We appreciate the letter." The label's assessment was reproduced on the sleeve of the second run, without comment and without context.
